To Whom it may Concern
Re: Djemal Dinc
I have been Djemal Dinc’s GP for 10 years.
Mr Dinc's HIV is stable. He takes a cocktail of medication which has kept him healthy.
He was managed well in prison. There is some real concern about his continuing good health, given his drug use.
Whilst not mentally ill, he has had continuing depression following the death of his mother, for which he blames himself.
Would like to see him given some real support to see if he can kick his habit.
Sincerely,
Dr Marcel Green, BSc, DCH, MRCGP
